About Your Role: 

Sendoso is seeking an experienced creative director (CD) with a design/art direction background to help manage, oversee and create brand marketing and advertising materials. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, brilliant executor and clear communicator. He/she should have experience managing teams, presenting work and creating design solutions across all media channels—including digital, traditional, experiential, environmental and social. He/she will work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists and marketing professionals to develop insight-driven creative solutions.

Who You Are:

• Thorough understanding all aspects of design—from concept to execution
• Ability to present and defend work
• Experience managing creative professionals and teams up to 10+
• Ability to judge work from a business perspective
• The versatility to concept as well as design
• Strong knowledge of traditional, digital and experiential mediums and best practices
• Skill to think and execute strategically and flawlessly
• Solid understanding of brand and visual storytelling
• Aptitude of designing for big brand initiatives
• Skill to design for content-heavy deliverables like whitepapers and product sheets

Your Typical Day:

• Direct a diverse, growing, eight-person creative team
• Leading, guiding and inspiring your team as well as key stakeholders
• Working with brand strategy to further develop our brand position, purpose and aesthetic
• Drive conceptual thinking and brilliant execution across the entire organization
• Manage agency partners and freelancers 
• Continually educate the organization on the importance of creative and design 

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience required, two years as a manager
• Agency experience required
