We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product Design Team at our HQ in San Francisco (WFH during COVID-19). Grove is redefining natural home and personal care products; from how to find them, to what’s in them, and how they’re delivered.

THE ROLE

You’ll work on our core mobile-first web product, in addition to our native iOS and Android apps. 

You will join a 6 person and growing product design team within a 75 person EPDA organization and report into the Director of Product Design. You will work closely with other designers, engineers, product managers and other cross-functional teams.

Your strengths may be primarily in responsive web design, but you also know how to design for native app experiences.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience executing on every stage of the design process across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile).
• Expert in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin and Abstract.
• Very knowledgeable of native mobile apps guidelines and design patterns.
• Experience designing and prototyping microinteractions using prototyping tools, such as Principle, Invision or AfterEffects.
• Data-aware and data-informed, utilizing a mix of quantitative and qualitative research.
• Seek out customer feedback at all stages of the design process, from concept to usability testing.
• Effective and persuasive communicator who can build buy-in and consensus among stakeholders.
• Excited to join a fast-growing startup and comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
