The Senior Product Designer leads thinking about user-facing product plans for complex pieces of business. Combining an understanding of business opportunities with a deep empathy for the user, you ensure an engaging product experience. As the Senior Product Designer, you will report to the VP of Design at Earnest, and you will:

• Own design strategy and communicate the vision, roadmap, and goals for the business
• Work collaboratively with Engineering to ensure finished product meets design specifications
• Develop user insights and strategies to guide UX development
• Design processes, features, and components that can be used across products
• Mentor junior members of the Design team

Ideal background and expertise:

• 6+ years designing web-based products, with at least 6 years of UX design and 3 years of UI design
• High proficiency in Sketch
• Familiarity with other UX/UI software for creating flows, prototypes
