This position is located in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Head of Product Management.

What you'll do

• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for both patient and medical providers
• Explore a variety of design directions through prototypes and user journey maps/flows, bringing thoughtfulness and empathy for patients, medical providers, and healthcare affordability
• Contribute to strategic product decisions with the product and executive teams
• Embody and promote a collaborative and safe environment for designers to give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of product design experience, start-up experience preferable
• A portfolio/project examples that demonstrate problem solving skills and system design
• A desire to change how patients interact and receive affordable healthcare
• Ability to design and architect the product flow and experience end to end without supervision while working on several projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment
• Ability to present UX deliverables to various key stakeholders, executives to effect product direction
• Ability to translate company goals into clean, simple and intuitive digital experiences.
