Senior User Research Manager

We’re looking for a Sr. User Research Manager to build our research team at Webflow and provides insights that inform every stage of Webflow’s product development cycle.

- Plan and execute on research initiatives to help us understand the needs of our users, improve the usability of our product, uncover new business opportunities, and help inform our roadmap
- Shape and define the research function at Webflow with a goal of making it a core pillar of the design team and company
- Oversee the planning and execution of pragmatic and insightful research with your team: design tests, recruit testers, run tests, and analyze results
- Ensure the research team identifies and package research insights into compelling narratives and present that to the team in a digestible and actionable way
- Balance empathizing with our customers with an understanding of our business strategy to advise the product and design teams
- Collaborate with product feature teams to integrate research at all stages of the product development process — from problem definition to post-launch validation

About you
You’ll thrive as a Sr. User Research Manager if you:
- Have experience with a various forms of evaluative and generative research methods. Ex: field studies, ethnography, participatory design, diary studies, statistical analysis or A/B testing
- Have managed a team of researchers in a full-time role, and have experience managing senior-level ICs (plus if you’ve established a research function)
- Have experience with lean research integrated with product teams
- Are able to parse through high amount of research data and notes, and generate insightful and actionable learnings
- Are able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
