Ripple is looking for an Sr. Visual Designer responsible for concepting and designing global campaign creative across different media channels for marketing initiatives. In this role, you’re expanding Ripple’s adoption marketing program with multi-channel creative work for our customers all over the world. We’re looking for a design leader with significant experience in the global marketing ecosystem, especially with digital marketing channels. Understanding all aspects of global vs. localized design is key to success in this role. You are expected to use strategic thinking together with your exceptional design skills to turn creative briefs into compelling visual deliverables. You will be part of a team that shapes Ripple’s brand identity as the leader in enterprise blockchain solutions for global payments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Expand our global adoption marketing program by designing campaign creative for our customers across various geographies
  • Work with marketing and business stakeholders to form campaign plans and turn objectives into campaign concepts and designs (digital and print)
  • Work hands-on in collaboration with our in-house design team and agency partners to build and design campaign deliverables
  • Design and present campaign ideas tied back to business objectives and goals
  • Form best practices to distribute global campaigns into local markets including language translations etc.
  • As part of Ripple’s design collective, contribute to Ripple’s design system and brand development

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Your up-to-date portfolio speaks for itself. Must have a portfolio featuring examples of work, your design process and outcomes/results
  • Degree in Design, Marketing / Advertising, or related field of study or 10 years of equivalent relevant work experience
  • 10+ years relevant work experience in advertising, marketing, and visual design
  • Demonstrated experience with global campaign creative
  • Experience in creative asset localization
  • Strong knowledge of creative tools for creating static and moving images
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Experience with localization and translation

BONUS:

  • Experience in the enterprise software space a plus
  • Experience in creative writing a plus

Previous experience at a startup or in-house creative team a plus
