Our online learning content is available to students anywhere anytime, which supports our mission to ignite the greatness in others.

We are a quickly growing VC-funded startup based in San Francisco, with additional offices in Los Angeles. What we are looking for:

• A talented and creative designer with a strong visual acumen who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of brand design initiatives
• Our ideal candidate is an extremely passionate creative that possesses great collaboration skills and leads with a positive and optimistic attitude. 
• Someone to work very closely with brand creatives including copywriters, art directors and production artists to facilitate brand design initiatives that potentially include Brand Identity Evolution, Class Launches, Performance Marketing 
• Agency and In-House Experience

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manages and directs consistent creative across all brand visual touchpoints
• Implements creative solutions to feedback
• Strong prioritization, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Develop and evolve brand guidelines, style guides, and processes necessary to execute our brand strategy and deliver consistent brand experiences both online and offline
• Drives initiatives that improve brand design processes and visual aesthetics

Requirements:

• A top-class visual portfolio that shows strong design direction, cross-functional creative solutions, creativity, and great design fundamentals. 
• A comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital design methodologies
• Ability to lead a creative vision from concept through to delivery 
• Strong prioritization, delegation, and decision making skills
• Proficient use of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and management tools.
• Experience directing junior designers. 
• A strong desire for personal growth, empathy, and ability to level up those around you
• Collaborative
• Experience building out and evolving brand design systems
• Great presentation skills with the ability to explain your creative vision and listen to feedback
• Brand refresh rollout experience including building and maintaining brand guidelines
• Experience working closely with product design teams
• 6+ years of design experience
• 2+ years of small team management experience
