About You:

As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing new user experiences and creating design assets, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of amazing user experience design, working with product managers, engineers, account managers, and others to deliver world-class products for our customers and partners. 

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

• Deliver user experience designs and information architecture for features of our leading marketplace platform
• Work with cross-functional product teams to ensure proper implementation of the product vision, focusing always on simplicity and ease of use
• Follow our internal design guidelines to support clean, consistent, simple user interface
• Gain a deep understanding of our users by gathering user feedback and evaluating usage and user analytics to identify new and existing opportunities for improvement
• Evangelize user experience inside and outside of the company.

What you’ll need:

• 2-4 years as an interaction designer, creating excellent interfaces that delight the customer
• Experience designing experiences for enterprise (SaaS/Cloud applications and platforms) is a plus
• Ability to think in terms of end-to-end UI design and global patterns
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen, learn, and work closely and effectively with cross-functional teammates
• A strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and work on broader product strategy based on your knowledge of what’s going on “out there”
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• Exposure to or experience coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
• An online portfolio of completed design projects.
