We’re looking for an exceptional UX Product Designer to drive product innovation to ensure both individual consumer and enterprise client satisfaction. This person is a bridge between design and engineering, with a mindset towards making things happen. You can understand the big picture, take ownership, and tackle problems wherever they arise. What you'll do

• Drive user research and product discovery through multiple channels such as stakeholder expertise, customer interactions and feedback, and market data
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer, the problem, and the solution with clear line of sight back to the business objectives
• Leverage design-thinking methodologies to translate abstract ideas into sketches, workflows, and prototypes
• Design user interfaces that are both elegant and useful, drawing on results from user research and workflow analysis
• Improve designs iteratively by conducting heuristic evaluations and analyzing customer feedback
• Be a product advocate internally and externally, including demoing to customers and supporting product marketing content and messages
• Contribute to content marketing initiatives, including product marketing assets and website design
• Stay true to our values, including serve the human first; which means prioritizing consumer transparency, trust and privacy

About you

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant UX product design experience
• Able to submit a portfolio with several case studies
• Demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Sketch or Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes
• Good product intuition; you can gather insights and synthesize customer needs into clear personas and usage scenarios
• Ability to effectively present vision and strategy to executives
• The ability to build strong working relationships to get things done across the organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely
• Familiarity and comfort with the pace of an early stage company
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques 

The national salary range for this position is 80k-120k commensurate with experience and alignment
