Mission:

As the first designer on the Calm for Business team, you’ll help us build a best-in-class B2B brand and support our marketing programs as we bring Calm to thousands of organizations and millions of employees across the globe. 

In this highly versatile role, you will create assets across web, email, pitch decks, social media, digital ads, video, and more. You will be an integral part of our B2B marketing team and will leverage your design expertise to help inform creative strategy and execution across all our marketing channels and programs. In partnership with our different marketing groups, you will help us create campaigns and programs to build brand awareness, grow top of funnel traffic, and convert leads through the funnel. 

Outcomes

• Partner closely with the B2B marketing team to up-level our branding, develop new creative concepts, and help position Calm as a leader in the health benefits space
• Collaborate with Calm’s creative director and brand studio to ensure the Calm for Business brand is well aligned with overall company branding and creative strategy
• Own the design for our B2B marketing web properties, such as our website, landing pages, and blog
• Develop assets for multi-channel marketing and demand gen campaigns spanning social, email, online ads, billboards, blog posts, webinars, and more 
• Partner closely with our content marketing team to develop innovative new formats and strategies for storytelling and engaging with our audience
• Develop pitch decks, 1-pagers, and sales other materials
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve our marketing and sales efforts through better design and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to implement improvements
  

Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of design experience and at least 3 years working on marketing design in the tech industry
• Experience working in a B2B or B2B2C company highly prefered 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment. You know how to strike the right balance between quality and speed
• Business-minded, strategic, and metrics-oriented. You understand how to create assets that drive towards the right business outcomes
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity 

• Demonstrate an ability to come up with original creative ideas. You seek out inspiration and connect the dots in order to come up with novel yet appropriate solutions.
• Exhibit genuine passion for your work and the brands that you’ve worked for. You’re motivated by a mission.
