About the role

Unlocking AI driven revenue and personalization is a boardroom priority - as regulations multiply and consumer expectations rise, enterprises will need innovative platforms like Transcend combined with trusted advisors who can guide them through complexity, implement lasting change, and deliver measurable outcomes.

That's where you come in.

As Director of Consulting Partners, you'll build an ecosystem of expert partners such as Global Systems Integrators, boutique privacy consultancies, MSSPs, legal advisors, and digital agencies, who extend Transcend's reach, capacity, capabilities and business impact. Reporting to the VP Channel, you'll own the strategy, recruitment, enablement, GTM and delivery quality for a partner channel that will become a critical growth engine for the business.

This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to architect something from the ground up. You'll define how we go to market with partners, ensure customers get world-class implementations, and create a flywheel for the partner ecosystem. For the right builder, this role offers the autonomy to shape a program that will scale alongside a category-defining company and the visibility that comes with owning a strategic pillar of our growth.

This is a Remote, Exempt, Full-Time, Permanent position reporting to the VP of Channel of the Company. Valid work authorization in the United States is required, as this position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

What you'll do

  • Build the partner program from zero — Design and launch Transcend's Consulting Partner program including potential tiering (requirements and benefits), economics, and go-to-market strategies
  • Recruit strategic partners — Identify, pursue, and sign high-impact consulting partners across GSIs, RSIs, boutique privacy consultancies, MSSPs, legal advisors, and marketing agencies based on prioritization
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue — Build and execute co-sell motions including account mapping, joint pursuit strategies, and pipeline generation that deliver measurable revenue impact
  • Enable partners to succeed — Develop and deliver certification programs, training curricula, and enablement materials that equip partners to sell and implement Transcend effectively
  • Own delivery quality — Establish implementation standards, monitor partner delivery performance both qualitatively and through CSATs, and ensure customers receive world-class outcomes from partner-led deployments
  • Lead cross-functional operating cadence — Run regular pipeline reviews, business reviews, and planning sessions with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment and scale
  • Be the voice of partners internally — Aggregate partner feedback on product gaps, implementation challenges, and market needs; advocate for partner-critical roadmap items with Product while also providing a pathway for direct comms between partners and product
  • Scale what works — Continuously test partnership hypotheses, measure results, and double down on the partners and motions that drive the greatest customer and business impact
