We’re seeking an exceptional finance leader to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational rigor across our go-to-market organization. This high-impact role will report to the VP of Finance and work closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team. You’ll be a key advisor on critical business decisions across revenue, sales, marketing, and customer success.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing team and help scale a dynamic SaaS business through data-driven insights, systems improvement, and strong financial partnership.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Finance Excellence
-Drive weekly and quarterly management reporting cadence for Executive Leadership team with deep analytical support for sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
-Provide financial and strategic support to senior management on revenue operations, marketing ROI optimization, customer acquisition costs, and retention analytics.
-Build sophisticated attribution models and frameworks to optimize marketing spend, lead generation, and customer success initiatives.
-Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to inform territory design, quota setting, and commission compensation strategies.
Operational Excellence & Team Development
-Lead the annual and quarterly planning and forecasting process across GTM functions, ensuring alignment with top-line growth goals and efficiency metrics.
-Drive continuous process improvement and automation across financial operations, planning, and reporting functions.
-Build, scale, and develop a high-performing FP&A team from the ground up, establishing scalable processes, systems, and organizational structures to support rapid business growth.
Qualifications:
Experience & Industry Knowledge
-Minimum 10 years of progressive Corporate FP&A experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams
-SaaS and software industry experience required with deep understanding of subscription business models and key metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, etc.)
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
Skills
-Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills; expert in Excel and modern EPM tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce, BI platforms)
-Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
-Proven track record of building, coaching, and retaining high-performing finance teams.
-Results-driven, proactive, and highly accountable.

At Model N we offer fair, equitable and competitive salary ranges for all positions. Compensation varies depending on factors that may include a candidate’s relevant experience, education and/or certifications, location, training, and other skills.
