About the Role
We’re seeking a visionary leader to incubate and scale new AI-driven business opportunities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work alongside the CEO and senior leadership to identify, develop, and deliver the next $100M growth opportunity. This role demands proven experience launching products, optimizing digital workflows, and driving user conversion—leveraging Lean Startup methodologies in entrepreneurial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new ideas based on market, revenue, and EBITDA potential.
- Drive innovation through rapid concept testing, leveraging Lean Startup principles.
- Collaborate with customer research and data analytics teams to align opportunities with user needs.
- Define product requirements for MVPs and enhancements.
- Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Maximize execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
- Proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.
- Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Computer Science background a plus.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Promote co-creation and encourages others to participate; works smoothly across all levels and departments.
- Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers' time.
