We are looking for an experienced Director of Revenue Operations who will be responsible for overseeing our revenue forecasting, reporting and analytics, and supporting automated systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a related field and a strong background in revenue operations and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on managing the consolidated revenue model, driving regular forecast updates, and producing weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, and Operations to review and report business performance.
  • Analyze and interpret revenue data to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all revenue metrics, with a focus toward understanding customer-level detail and our key growth drivers to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain revenue metrics and KPls to track performance against business objectives. Develop and maintain internal management reporting, dashboards, and ad, hoc analysis.
  • Develop and implement revenue forecasting models and methodologies that accurately predict revenue trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated revenue management systems to streamline our revenue processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on the quarterly planning process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and management.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, revenue management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in revenue forecasting and data analysis.
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Experience managing automated revenue management systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, C3 Al CRM, or similar CRM tools. NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.  Strong understanding of both product-led growth and sales-led growth B2B SaaS businesses, metrics, and customer lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 accounting standards is a must.

California Base Pay Range
$170,000$225,000 USD
