About the Role:

Druva is seeking a multi-faceted web marketing leader to oversee druva.com – striking a balance between forward-thinking roadmap strategy and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has the vision and a wide span of past working experience in web development, UI, conversion rate optimization, web analytics, WebTech, QA, while delivering high-ROI results with time-to-marketing and low technical debt. You will play a major role in driving Druva’s organic conversion strategy but also roll up the sleeves as needed.

Responsibility:

  • Ensure an engaging end-to-end web experience on druva.com, aligning with acquisition/cross-sell growth, messaging, and brand awareness goals
  • Live and breathe conversion rate optimization; utilize web analytics, sales funnel data, A/B tests to optimize website conversions and measure web-attributed performance
  • Drive organic traffic and search result rankings with well-rounded SEO strategy
  • Increase global web presence of Druva
  • Proactively create and finetune the visitor personalization and audience targeting to minimize website conversion frictions from all channels
  • Maintain, build, integrate, and refresh the WebTech stack per the most current business need, ROI, and financial guidance
  • Establish and manage highly collaborative relationships with stakeholders and dependencies across the organization, including but not limited to: DG, PMM, Product, Legal, MOPS, e-staff, Content Marketing, Creative Marketing, Paid Digital, Cloud Ops, IT

Qualifications:

  • 8-10  years of experience in B2B SaaS web marketing
  • Experience in enterprise content management system is a must, e.g. AEM
  • Experience team coaching, vendor management, and budget management is a must
  • Proficiency in the technical know-how of web development, SEO, UX, and web infrastructure
  • Experience in customizing web analytics data capturing and reporting is highly preferred, e.g. Google Analytics, Google Big Query, Looker
  • Experience in WebTech and/or MarTech is preferred, e.g. AI tools, Marketo, VWO, Google Tag Manager, Chili Piper, Intercom/Drift/Qualified
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and identify/define frameworks in ambiguity
  • Effective communication in day-to-day exchanges, status/performance reporting, initiative/strategy presentations, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven track record in building and scaling high-impact web initiatives with a  project management mindset
  • Familiarity with PLG is a plus

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $190,000 and $266,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
