  • Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Serve as the main stakeholder for our CRM (Hubspot) - working closely with operations and our dev team to ensure our email program integrates seamlessly with our platform and other integrations.
  • Help to strategize and lead Breef’s affiliate referral program through strong and compelling email sequences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and user segmentation for maximum impact.
You'll be successful in this role if you have…
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Marketplace and knowledge of the agency industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly within our brand voice and across multiple campaigns.
  • Extreme expertise with Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

  • A self-starter who is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Use data to improve your work and creative vision.
  • Extremely passionate about the marketing industry and the problems Breef is solving.

‍Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Salary range between $95,000-$125,000 (depending on experience).
  • Equity in a high-growth startup.
  • Opportunity for extreme growth and ownership within the organization.
