As an Analog Design Engineer, you will carry out block level circuit design, analog mixed signal modeling, pre-silicon and post-silicon verification under the guidance of lead designers; develop silicon characterization tests, perform silicon characterization work and data documentation, support product ATE test development.

Requirements

  • MS EE and 5+ years or PhD EE and 3+ years’ experience of CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in designing analog/RF IC circuit modules, such as circuit architecture choice, transistor-level design, verification, bench and production testing, ESD, reliability
  • Solid fundamentals in transistor-level analog CMOS design, including operational amplifiers, comparators, references, oscillators, etc
  • Have experience in supervising and guiding analog layout design
  • Proven track record of bringing advanced analog IPs and products to market.

Preferred Requirements

  • Highly desirable to possess design experience in the following: ADC, PLLs, bandgaps, current mirrors, regulators, sense amps, current comparators, and low power techniques etc
  • Experience in analog circuit IP that require trimming, with experience on DFT, DFM, and BIST is a plus
  • Experience in behavioral modeling of analog building blocks using SystemVerilog, Verilog, Verilog-A, Matlab, Simulink

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with lead analog designer to design assigned circuit blocks to meet the specifications
  • Carry out pre-silicon and post-silicon circuit verification
  • Work closely with analog layout engineers to achieve high quality implementation
  • Develop silicon characterization tests, perform silicon characterization work and data documentation, support product ATE test development.
