About Your Team

Software Infrastructure team serves as the platform which powers autonomy algorithms both onboard and offboard. We are providing computing, storage, communication and data center services & tools to enable autonomy stack to run onboard on the vehicle and offboard inside the data-center. We also provide infrastructure software to support offline machine learning training, data pipelines and simulation for validation and verification.

About Your Role

You will be a key contributor on a small, collaborative team focused on one of the most exciting robotics applications today. In this impactful role, you will mainly contribute to the onboard infrastructure: integrating new sensors, improving observability and reliability, managing fault handling, moving software release and data logs on and off the vehicle.

About Your Work

• Build monitoring/alerting systems for onboard and offboard infrastructure that integrate with on-call operational support
• Create automated continuous delivery pipeline that ensures non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability are met with each release
• Improve reliability using self-healing and disaster recovery techniques

About You

• You have a deep understanding of DevOps, security, and software engineering principles
• You can leverage that knowledge to build highly reliable and performant automated systems
• Experience monitoring and supporting large scale distributed applications
• Strong linux/sysadmin skill set

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT and network infrastructure
• Experience in safety-critical robotic applications
• Experience working with real-time systems, large-scale scalable software architectures, and large data sets
