The Engineering team at Lemonaid Health is a collaborative team who enjoy working together on big goals. We’re looking for experienced DevOps engineers to build and design world-class software with us. This is an opportunity to join a mission driven team at a company transforming the healthcare industry.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Chief Technology Officer.

What You'll Do

• Collaborating with the Engineering and DevSecOps teams to build and maintain a highly secure, self-sustaining healthcare ecosystem
• Own automating and improving our deployment pipelines and services
• Implement, manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure and ensure our cloud deployments are always secure and robust
• Work closely with DevSecOps to create and maintain software security in the deployment pipeline
• Monitor the health of our systems and be proactive in addressing any issues
• Develop, implement and monitor Endpoint Device Management policies and procedures
• Provide critical input into the selection, configuration, and implementation of new and existing technology solutions
• Provide technical and device support to non-technical team members

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of demonstrable background in building and maintaining highly secure cloud-based systems and delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins etc.
• Problem solver with strong analytical abilities, and the ability to identify patterns
• Logging, monitoring and alerting is an obsession. You live and breathe all things DevOps.
• Fast thinker and a good decision maker
• The ability to communicate with non-technical team members and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way
• Highly organized and have the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
• Stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, a self-starter and a great communicator
• Demonstrate high ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution
• Experience working in a regulated industry and adhering to standards such as HIPAA, PCI etc. would be a bonus
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
