Position: Director of Engineering

The Emerging Technology group is a fast paced and exciting product development team which is at the forefront of adopting cloud technology and solving customer problems. We hire talented engineers and provide them lots of freedom and autonomy to build great products. The position is to hire an engineer who will contribute to significantly improve product quality. We are looking for engineers with a combination of
solid in-depth understanding of networking, systems and security and have the ability to test software for scale, performance and availability.

You will play a crucial role in designing, creating, and enhancing multi-tenant systems capable of loading and transforming a large volume of structured and semi-structured fast-moving data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Seeking prior Director level experience, managing managers and senior managers, 18-20 people in total, including significant remote teams experience.
• 15+ years of overall industry experience which includes 6-8 years of software engineering management experience.
• Solid JavaScript coding skills and good hands on developing single page applications for enterprise/B2B customers using REST APIs
• Experience with HTML5,CSS3, ES5 and client-side MV* frameworks (e.g., Backbone, Marionette, React)
• Familiarity with building/packaging JS applications (e.g., Using Gulp/Grunt)
• Proven record of building products in Networking and/or security domains
