Job overview:
You will assess, build, and lead all Learning & Development within the Innovation (R&D) Organization -- bringing alignment across seven global locations with the mission of making our employees more productive and effective throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Building and scaling an onboarding program for developers that accelerates productivity where they can begin building environments and committing code within week two after being onboarded. You will work with other global locations (trainers, SMEs, global leaders, scrum masters, release management) to bring together one cohesive program.
- Architect and build a global college graduate program. You will work with talent acquisition to build out the strategy, build a training and onboarding program, and continuous learning and development activities.
- Build other training programs for all employees including product, UI/UX and program management functions.
- Partner with Innovations Business Operations to quantify (through measurable KPIs) and report on increase in productivity of both newly hired and existing resources as a direct impact of onboarding programs.
- Bring cohesiveness and scalability among all global locations through communication of a shared mission, standardization of process and tools, and democratization of best practices.

You love to collaborate with peers, engineers, operations, product managers, executives, and designers and inspire them to do their best.
- Technical experience. You understand engineering delivery processes and can hold your own with developers and product managers. Knowledge and/or direct experience in agile software development in a SaaS environment is a big plus
- Excellent planning and execution skills. You own and are accountable for delivering the execution to the overall strategy. You see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't. You simplify complex processes.
- Executive Communication skills. Ability to communicate information and ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate, focused, and compelling way.
- Ability to build and lead a team when the time comes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field and equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years in building and scaling training programs for technical teams (developers, product managers, etc.) in the Cloud, SaaS, or Unified Communications space
- Experience in building college recruit training programs
- Experience as an agile software developer or product manager is a plus
