The Role:
The mission of this role is to prepare high-quality learning, onboarding, playbook, and program content for engineering organizations with help from the domain experts. As the Enablement Manager, you will utilize your project management or program management skills and are responsible for the execution and facilitation of the software development on-boarding, training programs and continued betterment. They will manage engineering certification in WorkRamp, identify gaps in existing learning materials and close the gaps.
As an Enablement Manager at Fivetran, you will:
- Understand the engineering core competencies and identify the right programs that drive the competency-based results
- Prepare content for engineering programs and playbooks with the help from the domain experts
- Identify gaps in engineers and engineering leads training process
- Gather feedback about learning materials to continuously improve them
- Adjust onboarding materials to reflect the current state of the product and engineering processes
- Tie the program success to metrics that are measurable
