About the Team

The Core Platform owns a critical piece of our software stack - the centralized, common platform services used by the rest of engineering to build their products on top of. Reliable, scalable, and simple systems are the key tenants of the team and we want the best out there to help build these large scale services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading high-impact tech initiatives that shape our core platform evolution.
• Inspiring your team and others with technical vision and customer obsession.
• Recruiting and retaining talented software engineers.
• Keeping the team connected to the needs of engineering.
• Rolling up your sleeves with hands on contributions when necessary.
• Maintaining a positive and supportive work culture.
• Coaching, mentoring and providing career guidance.

• You have at least 5 years experience in an engineering management role.

• You are a leader, coach and enjoy creating opportunities for others.
• You are an organized and excellent written and verbal communicator.
