Engineering Manager, Dev Tools
{X}pring is Ripple’s developer platform for payments. We design, build and participate in open networks democratizing the world of payments, helping money move as easily as data does today through technologies such as Interledger and XRP Ledger.
We are seeking engineering managers with strong experience in building consumer grade tools and services that will enable developers to build on top of our core technologies. In this role, you should be comfortable working with engineering teams to drive results, balance priorities and work cross functionally to ship products that make it seamless for developers to contribute and actualize the future of the Internet of Value (IOV).
Our team works with the largest developer audience possible. We are engineers + storytellers, representing {X}pring to communities all around the world, inspiring the creation of the future where money flows like data today.
WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON:
- Ship high quality developer products, at the right time, consistently
- Work cross functionally to define the right products and drive how/when they are built
- Scale the team by attracting and mentoring great engineers at various levels of experience
- Translate technical concepts into language for different audiences including engineers, business and technical leaders
WHAT YOU MAY LOOK LIKE:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven track record of building and leading engineering team
- Proven track record of shipping internet scale products
- Passionate about developer tools and technologies
- Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise
