About the Role
At Chime we believe there's no one single owner of quality, that we collectively own the quality of our products. As a Quality Engineering Manager at Chime you'll lead a motivated team to define quality and the metrics by which we will track it. You'll instill the processes and procedures we'll need to live up to that standard and define new quality functions as Chime continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone that can help us create an environment where engineers can do their best work. To that end, you will be expected to find creative solutions to ensure we manage our risk while working to reduce feedback latency and friction for making changes. You will work closely with our Test Engineering leader to ensure the correct tooling and infrastructure is in place to support engineering’s test and automation efforts. The perfect candidate will have experience working within a 100+ person engineering organization with a CI/CD mindset. Experience with at least one full web technology stack, an eye for bugs and design flaws, and a passion for application testability.

- Free snacks and drinks, plus weekly catered lunches.
