Job description


If you are passionate about software and finding solutions to problems through agility, we want to talk with you! You will be a key contributor to the Sales & Marketing Engineering Team, which strives to unleash the potential of our prospective and current customers by ensuring they have the engagement they need to select and adopt our products.


In this role, you will be an Engineering Manager working with other Go To Market teams on a variety of initiatives aimed to supercharge our GTM playbook.


You will be responsible for helping to build and maintain effective teams, empowering them to achieve their goals. You provide and use inspiration and creativity to help the team solve difficult challenges. With your software engineering skills and experience, you will work to help flesh out and provide guidance on engineering initiatives, integrations, new and existing features.


As an Engineering Manager on the Sales & Marketing Engineering Team, you will also be responsible for the management of individuals reporting to you. Coaching, mentoring, removing blocking issues, and supporting them in their professional development to help unlock their full potential and grow.


This unique role blends the disciplines of managing 3rd party SaaS platforms with the building of internal proprietary services.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Industry experience leading teams of engineers and integrators
  • 5+ years of prior industry experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant
  • Experience with remote and distributed teams
  • Experience with software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to balance multiple initiatives
  • Passion for mentoring engineers and helping others achieve their career goals
  • Fluency in VisualForce, Lightning, Apex, DataLoader, Batch Triggers, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, SOQL, SOSL
  • CI / CD experience

  • It's great, but not required if you have:


  • AWS Cloud Experience
  • Fluency in Java and/or Python
  • Marketo Experience
  • Mulesoft or other integration platform experience
