YOUR MISSION

Our belief is simple: To power up imagination workers globally. Your role as the Executive Assistant to the VP of Product Engineering makes that a reality.

You will have a front row seat to the inner-workings of an innovative, high-growth company by partnering with leaders to create a shared vision to execute. Working closely with the Product Engineering Leadership Team, you will be responsible for keeping the needle steady and consistently moving forward.

You will work directly with our VP of Product Engineering as we revolutionize remote collaboration, facilitation and the future of work. You will be working in a dynamic and creative environment with a team that is passionate about quality. To be successful in this role, you will need to anticipate needs, be proactive and able to own projects and keep deadlines, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate is excellent at managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, highly self-motivated and professional. You should be able to identify and address the needs of our Product Leadership Team and perform relevant tasks efficiently. 

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Engineering Leadership team.
  • Proactively coordinate and engage with Leadership in planning and organizing complex calendars, activities and travel (as needed).
  • Develop an understanding of the business in order to help prioritize calendars and activities.
  • Interact cross-functionally with departments, employees, or customers in need of meeting with department leaders.
  • Anticipate challenges, pivot quickly and come up with resourceful alternate solutions.
  • Assist with occasional personal errands with the understanding that helping with simple tasks can go a long way.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, tech or startup industry preferred
  • Experience triaging emails
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented - you must crave creating order out of chaos
  • Eager to solve problems and eliminate ambiguity by asking questions, and proposing solutions.
  • The ability to multitask and anticipate needs and plan for the weeks and months ahead
  • Proficient using programs such as Google Suite (GCal), Expensify, Zoom, Slack

Ideally you have...

  • You have experience in design thinking and creative disciplines or are willing to learn. 
  • You have worked with C-suite executives and other Leadership roles in the past.
