About the Role
You are an InfoSec specialist with an interest in identity and access management. You can coordinate initiatives that span multiple organizations and even companies. You understand single sign on, authentication, authorization, and access control.
Responsibilities
- Establish KPIs and KRIs for your role
- Coordinate IdP (Okta) across corporate partners
- Manage identity lifecycle across corporate partners & contract companies
- For each internally-facing service in Chime:
- Identify the owner
- Consult to establish proper roles & groups that balance usability with security
- Establish roles & groups with each system, ideally mapped to IdP groups
- Create a process document for changes & assign owners
- Establish policies regarding identity lifecycle & access to systems
- Tune onboarding & offboarding process
- Define policies, processes and procedures for apps such as:
- Slack Apps
- Google Apps
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a position focused primarily on InfoSec IAM
- Working understanding of SAML, OpenID, SSO, IdP, directory services, identity lifecycle management, authorization, authentication, access control
- Okta experience is a plus
- 5+ years in InfoSec a plus
