WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Effectively coordinate with team/project stakeholder management
  • Effectively provide end to end execution of project from requirement phase till PROD deployment phase
  • Participate in code review activities and ensure quality standards are met
  • Effectively identify technical gaps in junior team members and solve their technical issues
  • Effectively learn functional aspects of project
  • Mentor junior developers and take delivery responsibility of assigned projects
  • Ensure that work is completed as per expected timeline
  • Make sure that deadline is met for given project

PROJECT TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS

  • xUnit (httpUnit, nUnit, jUnit)
  • JBehave
  • Bamboo/Jenkins
  • AngularJS2, JSON, RESTful services, Java
  • Spring
  • Rally/Jira
  • Selenium
  • RDBMS/Postgres

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Big data experience is a big plus – Its optional but highly desired
  • Must have experience leading a team of 8 people or more
  • Java development is the main skill
  • Proven experience leading the team is a must of 8 or more and should be hands-on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of software engineering principals and lifecycle
  • Should have experience in preparing technical design documents
  • Should be able to lead multiple projects skills (technology stack):
    • Excellent in OOA/OOD -excellent knowledge in design patterns
    • Good with Hadoop and Spark
    • Good experience with web services (Soap and Rest)
    • Good knowledge of MVC framework like Spring and ORM framework like Hibernate
    • Experience on UI framework like Angular JS/Ext JS/jQuery/React JS/JavaScript and HTML
    • Should have worked with Maven/Gradle, Jira/Rally, Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson
    • Good working experience with database and SQL
    • Good experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
