Our Learning Experience team helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning—including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments—using the latest insights from the learning sciences. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Apply adult learning principles and best practices in instructional and experience design to all activities
• Work with instructional designers to scope and storyboard engaging, interactive eLearning content
• Design and develop custom templates, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, and multimedia
• Align designs to client branding standards
• Quickly and iteratively develop eLearning and presentation content using best-fit authoring tools and according to the client’s templates and SOPs
• Collaborate with instructional designers and Subject Matter Experts to improve eLearning and presentation designs and incorporate changes
• Conduct QA and continuous improvement
• Create and edit instructional videos, including editing voiceovers
• Create instructional and explainer animations
• Maintain and improve eLearning and presentation templates
• Maintain project documentation and SOPs
• Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues during the development process
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage internal tools and resources
