ABOUT THE POSITION

This is an amazing opportunity for a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer in a high-growth, fast-paced startup. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering insightful solutions to problems in the space of software deployment.

As part of Harness, you will design and develop ML solutions to complex problems ranging from deployment automation models for distributed AWS Lambda & Kubernetes/Docker-based software, to ML algorithms which analyze various data sources to detect anomalies in software behavior.

You will be working with a team of dynamic engineers and data scientists who take pride in solving complex problems.

ABOUT YOU

• A desire to build products that solve complex technical problems for end users
• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist
• Experience with Python, NumPy, and Jupyter; Java is a plus
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Neural Networks, probabilistic modeling, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
• Experience with common statistics methodologies (distributions, clustering, regression, forecasting, classification, regularization, resampling)
• Experience using TensorFlow, Gensim, or other large scale machine learning frameworks in production
• Great communication and collaboration skills
