Role
In this role you’ll lead platform engineering team to deliver the highest quality solutions. You’ll work across the organization to solve our biggest problems in order to deliver the most innovated solution for our customers.

- Strong ability exercise discretion and judgment of best practices and coding standards pertaining to various role specific requirements. Continuously improve the development process including the build pipeline and agile scrum activities.
- Strong ability to gather and analyze data to discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support decision-making.
- Work closely with product management, design, support and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Deliver outstanding experience for our customers by working with support to address the production issues timely with high engagement.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience with several of the following: Java, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, SQL
- Proven ability to hire top talent and build a productive team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working in a multinational team environment is a plus
