Marketing Web Developer

The Marketing Web Developer role will work directly with the marketing team to develop website landing pages and drive optimizations for Hims and Hers.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working directly from design files (PSD, Sketch, Figma, etc) to bring responsive front-end web experiences to life via HTML/CSS/JS
- Basic experience with PHP in the context of Wordpress custom page/post templates
- Experience with WP Engine, Wordpress VIP, or similar Wordpress hosts
- Experience building custom Wordpress admin panel interfaces (using Advanced Custom Fields or similar plugins)
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in web development, preferably with a focus on customer acquisition
- 4-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via paid marketing
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process
