What You Will Do

  • Review Zumper apartment listings for performance against the client’s competitive market set, to identify performance trends, and to ensure quality of the advertisement
  • Service clients directly to review performance, discuss advertising optimization, and gather sales behavior and lead quality insights
  • Educate clients about sales management practices that will optimize the return on investment of their Zumper advertisement, leveraging known best practices from existing clients
  • Test and review lead performance for advertising listings, ensuring that delivery of the lead is successful, attribution is working, and client systems are correctly recorded in Zumper’s CRM
  • Perform market trend, lead and listing performance analysis to identify underperforming listings to service
  • Handle support tickets related to lead delivery and attribution
  • Collaborate and consult with clients on new product offerings and Zumper product tests
  • Review client feed error issues in partnership with the integrations team
  • Manage client reporting request that include, ROI evaluations, comparison analysis, and lead performance reviews

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of analyst experience in product, advertising, consumer or real estate analysis
  • You have client-facing experience and/or like both collaborating with and advocating for clients
  • You are a master of excel and enjoy identifying performance and market trends
  • Have a proven track record of data collection and data management in a client-facing role
  • Understand technical concepts, and deliver positive results for customers
  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about immersing yourself in the world of Sales Operations, technology, customer evangelism, and customer success
  • Ability to take direction from multiple parties, work independently, balance multiple projects, and remain detail oriented and well organized
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com or other CRM Systems
