Role Overview

We are currently seeking a QA Lead to work in our San Francisco office. Our central team has years of experience and a track record of success building central software that is used in multiple top freemium iOS and Android games like Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, Covet Fashion, Design Home and Tap Sports Baseball.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing efforts of our Central Growth Team by testing both Central Software products as well as data-driven products
• Ensure all projects are shipped with maximum quality and minimal issues
• Identify issues with well-written steps to reproduce, and ability to support troubleshooting causes and fixes
• Build testing milestones in TestRail to support software release dates
• Mentor your reporting team members to ensure their growth as individuals as well as clearly identifying areas where support is needed
• Champion best practices for testing, test processes and tools to ensure our team is working as efficiently as possible
• Collaborate with SDK Engineers to run tests on mobile devices
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to run tests, using SQL, on databases

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience testing central software features on iOS and Android devices such as mobile ads, analytics and app tracking software
• 1+ years of experience using SQL to query databases such as Athena and Snowflake
• Working experience with JIRA for bug tracking and sprint planning
• Experience using mobile development tools such as XCode, Android Studio and Charles Proxy to test applications on mobile devices
• Ability to write test cases for central software and data projects using TestRail
• Good problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to get work done with minimal supervision
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies as needed

Nice To Have:

• Working knowledge of Appium/Air Test
• Working knowledge of Python, Javascript and/or command line tools
• Working knowledge of ADB, XCode commands, etc.
• Working knowledge of Crashlytics
• Working knowledge of Networks and Encryption/Decryption software
