Your Mission 

We’re hiring a few outstanding Automation Specialists who want to contribute to Tray’s incredible growth and culture. On the agenda is setting an outstanding first impression with prospective customers - by phone, email, video, or in person.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics of booking qualified meetings and creating viable sales opportunities. The best of these opportunities become Tray customers.
  • Qualify (and disqualify) leads for the sales team, so those leads become opportunities.
  • Seek to understand the technical nature of our business and hold technical conversations with our prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily expectations of phone and email outreach.
  • Share feedback with the marketing and sales organizations, to ensure processes are optimized.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.


About You 

  • You demonstrate the ability to establish conversation flow with any level of executive.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • You are great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates.
  • You are highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • You’ve had to learn new software programs before and have learned them quickly.
  • You’re interested in pursuing an Account Executive, Account Management or Sales Engineering path.

Location

Our HQ is located in the historic SOMA district of San Francisco. SOMA is home to the SF Giants stadium and is about a 10 minute walk to FiDi. But we've got a London HQ and remote hubs all over the map, with Trayers working in San Diego, Austin, Chicago, Atlanta and many more cities in between.
