Responsibilities: 

  • Function as our principal Salesforce (SFDC) Architect for KeepTruckin's New Products organization, One Point
  • Responsible for overall enterprise scale solution design including all SFDC components, integration and reporting, as well as integrations with external platforms to meet defined business requirements
  • Administer and configure the Salesforce system as needed
  • Develop internal tools in Salesforce to streamline Sales/Support/Marketing process
  • Work with internal teams to document functional and technical requirements for new requests. Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs. customization.
  • Provide advice on best practices and approaches to relevant technology and business team requirements
  • Perform gap analysis between SFDC capabilities and current/projected business requirements
  • Write comprehensive design specifications (functional specifications and solution/technical design document)
  • Assist in developing data movement strategies and implementing data cleansing/data quality tools
  • Work with IT and Product teams to identify and define the business needs and the solution to fulfill requirements
  • Assist in analyzing and installing SFDC packages
  • Determine and enforce exit criteria through the different development phases
  • Design migration strategies with technical teams
  • Be the SFDC subject matter expert 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years directly relevant enterprise-level experience designing, building, and scaling Salesforce.com technical solutions for a rapidly scaling organization
  • Strong delivery experience leveraging major capabilities within the Salesforce platform e.g. Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Wave Analytics, etc.
  • Deep expertise in integration, data migration, and architectural design 
  • Proficiency using Force.com platform, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL
  • Strong hands on experience in using APEX, Visualforce or in other object oriented language
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Salesforce advanced Platform Developer and/or Technical Architect Certification
  • Adept at communicating and building influential relationships drive effective project management
  • Exceptional work ethic and an innate passion for enabling high-growth sales teams
  • Thoughtful, data-driven, and confident in decision-making
  • Thrive in dynamic environments requiring prioritization of numerous competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail, an eye for accuracy, and unrivaled multi-tasking abilities
