The Salesforce Solution Architect is aware of all aspects of the Salesforce.com Sales/Service/ Community/ Marketing Cloud and the force.com platform. The individual will develop quality integration and technical architecture solutions leveraging Salesforce.com and Force.com as well as other advanced technology platforms like Microsoft .Net and Java. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with the Delivery Manager, Technical Engineers and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. The job of the Solution Architect would include hands-on coding up to 60% of his time along with the other technical team members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with the EPAM Business Leaders and Consultants during the sales process (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
  • Play as a Technical advisor to CIO/CTO/EA level contacts on regular Salesforce Audits and Discovery Phases focusing on system performance, scalability, security
  • Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
  • Determine which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer's architecture landscape, based upon product knowledge, industry experience, industry standard EA frameworks, and Salesforce EA methodologies
  • Manage the design, development, integrations and deployment scalable and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform for global companies with multiple locations and entities
  • Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and AppExchange tools

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce, responsible for delivery Salesforce.com multiple complex solutions for global customers
  • Experience working in a large SI, with Global experience, including nearshore and offshore
  • Multiple verified Salesforce Certificates
  • Must be very comfortable executing in a matrixed organization model across industries and technologies within the SFDC ecosystem
  • 10+ years of business applications development experience, experience in complex integration solutions
  • Real passion about Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members, under tight deadlines and with multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to travel across the USA and upon a request to the EU
  • Share engagement experience with the internal audiences and enrich collective IP. Conduct architecture workshops and other enablement sessions. Mentor and guide junior enterprise architects
