Your role

Do you want to join a web app team delivering UI innovation when working with terabytes of event data? You will be on the frontlines working directly on the portion of our product with the highest customer visibility. The opportunity requires:

• At least 8+ years in JavaScript frontend development
• Currently working with React and Typescript for at least 2 years
• Experience with Apollo and graphQL 
• Command of modern frontend development tools like npm, node.js, Yarn, webpack, CRA, Jest, and Cypress, 
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Vue, or Backbone
• Design and automation skills to deliver rock solid code including automated unit tests, end to end tests, and code coverage
• Lean development such as Agile SCRUM with a solid investment in automation and Continuous Delivery
• A 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Exceptional candidates will also have:

• Experience developing with Java and additional languages like Python or Rust
• Network and Software security experience and secure development best practices
• Experience using Log Analytics and Observability tools such has Scalyr or Splunk as part of your application development
• Designed, developed and delivered quality REST or graphQL APIs
• Contributed to popular open source projects
• Worked with AWS and GCP
• Easily navigate CI tools like Jenkins, Travis or Circle CI
