About this Role
We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build beautiful and robust user experiences for all of Sprig's customers. This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of the Engineering team to help define Frontend coding standards and best practices as well as choosing the right tools and packages to help improve team output. Reporting directly to our Dashboard & API Engineering Manager, you'll work cross-functionally to help deliver delightful features our customers will love.
Your Impact
- Deliver core product roadmap features to serve our Enterprise and Mid Market Customers
- Increase integration test coverage on the Dashboard
- Generate and maintain a global UI component library for the Dashboard Team
- Help improve our interview processes and questions
- Perform trainings for Frontend team(s) to get up to speed on latest practices and learnings
Your Strengths
- 4+ years of software industry experience
- JavaScript expertise
- Advanced HTML/CSS skills
- Experience using modern frontend frameworks
- Experience working with REST APIs
