What You’ll Do

• Works closely with team members to clarify requirements and expectations
• Comfortable managing multiple offshore teams
• Comfortable in testing web products as well as mobile applications
• Responsible for testing features that use 3rd party SDKs like audio/video and display ads
• Responsible and takes ownership of the quality of the overall product
• Identifies, documents, and triages bugs
• Creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
• Works with cross-functional teams to reproduce bugs and issues reported by other stakeholders
• Works with developers to provide additional research and debugging of issues when more information is needed to resolve problems
• Provides daily status updates to all assigned sprint tasks in a daily stand-up meeting
• Takes ownership of release plan, release process and analyzing post-release metrics
• Comfortable working with multiple release schedules
• Ability to improve QA efficiency using new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Knowledge of the challenges around mobile release processesAbility and willingness to learn automation
• Experience using third party Web Debugging Proxy tools like Charles
• Experience working with bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• Experience testing display and audio ads is a plusStrong attention to detailTrack record of good time management, prioritizing projects and estimating work
• Ability to be a team player and drive collaborative efforts to improve product quality
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and work independently and in a team environment
• Understanding of Agile Development Methodology (Scrum)
