Job description:
RingCentral is looking for a Senior QA Manager to join our dynamic team to help build and extend our integrations testing stack and create more efficient processes toward delivery of a highest quality product.
The Sr. QA Manager will be working on:
- Cross-team coordination in scope of multi-project deliveries for highly efficient performance of testing.
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the projects and deliveries as well as the Testing Team.
- Building up and leading the QA Team(s) to the success of critical initiatives
- Communicate scope, schedule and risks to the cross-functional management and come up with corrective actions to stay on schedule.
- Involve in the testing scope definition within the context of each release / delivery.
- QA governance across multi-QA teams of the company.
Must-Have:
- Ability to plan, organize and direct QA activities to achieve maximum operational efficiency for all department goals and objectives.
- Clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements.
- Ability to work on more than one product delivery cycle at a time and communicate to a wide range of project stakeholders.
- Experience in setting up the Automation Frameworks (Selenium experience highly desirable).
- Experience in development of Automation Scripts using Java, Java Scripts.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, processes and workflows.
- Ability to clearly articulate project status to stakeholders via a presentation.
- Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum delivery model. Training or certification in related field is preferred.
Nice-To-Have:
- Knowledge on SalesForce, NetSuite, SAP BI, Oracle and Integrations platforms (or equivalent systems).
- Deep understanding of SOAP/REST and demonstrated experience with web services APIs testing/automation.
- Knowledge of DevOps procedures and deployment requirements including change management.
