Roles and responsibilities:
Development (Enhancements and new projects) on the Salesforce ecosystem using LWC, Aura, Apex, Visual Force, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Integrations and APIs
Production Incident troubleshooting, resolution and technical root cause analysis to address the problem permanently
Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to Salesforce platform
Create documentation, maintain processes and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures
Work individually or with team developing, testing, deploying and supporting Sales and Service cloud application
Provide guidance to Administrators and support them to troubleshoot high priority issues
Basic Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience working in Apex Programming, Lightning experience (min 3 years),Controllers, Triggers
At least 1 project experience working in Lightning development projects (Lightning Web Components)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors (Ex. Boomi), SOAP/REST API
Ability to advise business and recommend when to use declarative code vs custom code using Visualforce and Apex
Expertise in declarative config - workflow, process builder, Flows, validations etc.
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle(Agile Methodology) including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
Complete understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
Steelbricks CPQ experience is preferred
Good understanding of best practices of coding standards
Experience in creating Technical/Functional design documents
Experience with managed package integration with Salesforce (eg: DocuSign)
Valid Salesforce certification credentials – Platform Developer II required
Knowledge of Angular, React JS preferred
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and has client interfacing skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
Candidate should be a self starter and would be required to work in a challenging salesforce org with exciting requirements
