WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for acting as the principal configurator for Salesforce/Veeva systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs including Salesforce SFA, Salesforce CRM, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and visual Force Pages/Components as well as tools such as Eclipse, Force.com IDE Plug-in, Force.com Explorer, Force.com Data Loader and Excel Connector
  • Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva, understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes. Develop and support highly configured SFDC Cloud solutions
  • Configuration and implementation of Enterprise solution & Architecture of Salesforce.com/ Veeva suite of products
  • Responsible for working with other IT functional areas to remain apprised of project status, and informing customer management of progress; conversely, keeping the IT group’s technology and service managers aware of user issues and potential potholes or conflicts
  • Ongoing operation and maintenance of Commercial applications
  • Collaborate directly with the business data owners to establish business rules, processes, and solutions supporting our SFA requirements, including the integration of CRM data into downstream systems

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation within the boundaries of industry compliance regulation
  • Proficiency in Veeva implementation and functionalities like cycle plan, call management, Sample management, Accounts management, Events management, Multichannel activities, Product management, Territory management etc
  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault implementations, CLM management, Co-Browse, workflows, lifecycles, approval processes and Approved Email
  • Experience in developing Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex & Process Builder
  • Expertise in building Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Custom Controllers, Components, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs and Customer Portal
  • Experience in large data migrations using SF Data Loader and Export\Import salesforce utilities
  • Hands-on configuration and admin experience with Veeva Commercial suite (CRM, Vault, Network and Align) or Salesforce.com. Must also understand integration capabilities across the products in the suite and base salesforce.com functionality
  • Enterprise integration experience, including Java or Informatica development
  • Ability to understand CRM data model and articulate solutions that are scalable
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving skills and Business analytical skills
