What we are building

The Site Reliability Team focuses on significantly increasing our customer base by maximizing conversion through simple and straightforward installation. Another key component is improving retention by being a flexible and reliable platform for customers from an individual data scientist to multi-department enterprises.

What your impact will be

• Opportunity to materially impact the direction of many projects critical to the future of Domino. Be an advocate for institutional change around reliability, stability, and growth
• Level up other engineering teams by advocating for best practices and creating solutions to help observability, reliability, and day-to-day operational load
• Determine how we effectively scale our organization by ensuring that the product we ship is stable and observable

What we look for in this role

• Senior or lead SRE for a technology company that has helped with reliability and scalability on multiple diverse projects
• Experience driving technical and organizational improvements to increase the reliability of the product
• On-premise or multi-cloud products preferred
• Direct communication with customers and previous startup experience  are nice to haves
