Join Rally Health as a Senior Software Engineer as a part of the IT Department, reporting to the Manager of the IT Development team. You will work on projects with various partners (HR, Finance, Security) to improve operational efficiency with Automation! Your work will allow employees to be more effective by automating manual work and integrating business systems.

You Will:

• Create data pipelines between business systems (ADP, AD, Google, Sailpoint, etc)
• Automate workflows (Reporting, Asset Management, Provisioning)
• Build internally facing tools (Chat bots, Dashboards, Data front ends)
• Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain systems and shared libraries
• You will provide best practices and guidance for development in Python

You Have:

• 5+ years of real industry experience
• Experience with Python (preferably Python3)
• Experience developing integrations with 3rd party APIs
• Knowledge of database concepts (both NoSQL and RDBMS)
• You have built and maintained cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) using modern automation tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation etc.)
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
