Quantcast is looking for senior engineers to help build the next generation big data and realtime processing platform! As a member of the Audience Signals team you will work side by side with engineers and modeling scientists building systems that power the insights and decisions of our platforms and products. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high performance realtime systems
• Perform design, architecture, and code reviews
• Analyze large streaming data and build data specific algorithms
• Mentor and grow more junior team members

Requirements

• BS Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in software development
• Proficient in Golang, Python or Java, and high level of insight into running software systems on Linux
• Strong software development skills (version control, code review, testing, release, monitoring, debugging)
• Bonus: large scale analytics tools such as pyspark, experience with low level javascript.
