The Financial Systems team plays a pivotal role in this mission by providing an infrastructure that will scale alongside our member and partner volume. Furthering our business by implementing and owning systems that enhance partner relationships while providing internal overhead to support Credit Karma members that ultimately drive our business. We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce CRM for designing and delivering technology solutions that optimize and enable our Sales, Partner Operations, Business Development, Accounting and Revenue Operations Business processes. This person will streamline operationalize processes and provide insights to the senior leaders responsible for the various functions and departments.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain product catalog including creating products, bundles, options, price rules & approval workflows
  • Create & manage objects, fields, formulas, page layouts and record types
  • Implement workflow & validation rules as well as maintain user roles, security settings & profiles
  • Lead technical design, gathering requirements & scope of work, writing technical documents, develop innovative solutions, and communicate architecture and designs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technical requirements, business rules, concept & process maps, user flows, acceptance tests
  • Design and develop highly interactive and usable UI using VisualForce and HTML5
  • Apply best practices and design patterns of best of breed applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst working with Sales, Revenue Operations and Management, and Accounting Functional areas
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Salesforce.com,Sales Cloud & CPQ
  • Experience working with Data Loader, Demand Tools, APEX, VisualForce
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com application packaging, integration and deployment preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud certifications are a plus
  • Ability to lead an offshore Salesforce Developer to drive support and project related activities
