We’re currently looking for:
A Senior Systems Engineer to work closely with Support, Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales organizations to troubleshoot customer issues. Working closely with the core product team to understand architecture, product functionality, and major code modules. To define and drive the production quality metrics, establish the workflow process between technical support and engineering and ensure short TTR( time to resolve) and high customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Coding level debug using Javascript, Kotlin or Swift program languages and C++
Be able to analyze feedback and issues from internal/external reports and communicate the root cause analysis and release plan
Provide requirements and feedback, and drive improvement of the troubleshooting and support tools
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a Systems Engineer
Full-stack technical skills in web, mobile app, backend development preferred
Ability to understand sophisticated software architecture and technical designs
Quick learner of new technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills proven by resolving difficult technical issues
Good logical thinking, detail oriented, self motivated, and good team player.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Experience in cloud messaging, meeting, and phone is plus
Experience in WebRTC or real-time media is plus
