Join Rally Health as a UI Software Engineer where you will build extensible and reusable UI components and work with a team comprised of diverse skills, building engaging user interface. As part of the Core Services Team, you will report to the Director of Engineering and work with engineering leaders, Product Managers and other teams.

About the Team:

As part of the Core Services organization at Rally, HealthSafe ID powers the identity and access for a suite of products. Our solutions allow both web and mobile applications to integrate with a secure authentication and authorization system. HealthSafe ID eliminates the need for portals to have their own ad hoc login solutions, while enabling a user to use a single set of credentials to access their healthcare products and services. To continue to build upon our offering, We are seeking someone to help expand the platform to support over 150M users across every health experience.

You Will:

  • Breathe life into static mocks with CSS animations, transitions and visual effects
  • Build scalable features that are lightweight and fast for the user
  • Code in JavaScript and JavaScript-based frameworks such as Angular and React. 
  • Develop, packaging and deploying single page applications. 
  • Manage code changes using Git and GitHub.
  • Perform code review using GitHub.Developing responsive web apps that look and work great across multiple devices

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience working as a frontend software engineer
  • 2+ years experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks like Angular and React
  • Experience using RESTful APIs and asynchronous JS
  • Experience with modern JS testing frameworks and tools, CSS, web browsers, HTTP, cookies, caching and HTML5 web storage
  • Experience creating accessible web applications (WCAG 2.0 or 508)
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a bonus
  • Experience with authorization frameworks like oAuth 2.0, SAML or OpenID Connect is a bonus
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
